Need a fresh look at your job situation? A choice to make? Wanna take a new direction? Feeling doubtful? Perfect. Tarot is a wonderful tool, designed to give you a different POV and new ideas on how to resolve a career issue, find your new path or clarify the steps you need to take to achieve your professional goals.
In the end, better self-awareness and confidence are just the exquisite frosting on the cake.
Just to be clear: nope, I’m not a ‘fortune-teller’..The way I work with tarot cards involves the subconscious, intuition and energies, yes (things that may seem a little woo-woo to skeptics). But please, no set-in-stone "predictions" here—we’re talking about free will, clear decisions and actions to move in the right direction, period. We’re not in an 80s teen movie, so you can say goodbye to clichés. We're here to talk about your job, and use tarot images to dig deep into your brain to find your next professional chapter. I'll explain how it works exactly here.
In a nutshell, Tarot doesn't predict the future, it helps you create it (much better, right?). It's powerful, effective and awesome. Let's go.

« This reading offered soo much more than I was initially hoping for, I was stunned. This was just perfectly done and I felt a real connection. I was even in awe from some small details that were totally true. »

YOUR READING. YOUR CHOICE.
I offer 3 types of readings. The difference lies in the timing and price, but the goal is the same: to help you with a specific subject or question so that you know better where you're going or how to get there.
I use the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot, which is the most widely read and known deck in the English-speaking world (I admit that I much prefer it to the very frenchy Marseille deck). You can choose a written, audio or video reading, live or recorded, in English or French. Everything is customised and tailored to your needs and situation.
My speciality is empowerment. I use my deck to give you back your power, autonomy and responsibilities. My aim is to activate your intuition and put the reins back in your hands, so that you can achieve your goals and become even more yourself. Well, when I say ‘I/me’, it's mainly the very well-engineered system and the archetypes in the imagery of the cards that do the job... But it's a triple co-creation: you, me, and the cards.

Bachelorette/hen party, incentive, wedding, farewell drink, birthday, baby shower, team building, brand/product launch...
An event to plan?
A tarot reader can create unforgettable memories and add a very special je-ne-sais-quoi to your events. Feel free to contact me to arrange a tailor-made experience!

BUT HOW DOES IT WORK...?
At the crossroads of life or career, during a significant stage, a burnout, a layoff, desires for something else, or any other knot leading to questions about one's place and future, tarot coaching provides surprising help – and, I must stress again, radically detached from fortune-telling. Even if the cards often fall "right" and intuition and the subconscious bring a fascinating dimension to the process, it's not about predicting a fixed destiny, but rather about providing the means to concretely create one's future. And in the business world, cards now have their place. Institutions like Google, Maje, Dior, or design agencies use tarot for events, use it to start meetings, promote team building, or stimulate strategic thinking. LinkedIn Learning courses also address it to boost team creativity. Tarot is dusting itself off, and that's a good thing.

The tarot: a revealer, not an oracle.
The philosophy of The Force Tarot is based on a conviction: tarot is a revealer, a detonator. This structured "deck" of 78 images, symbols, and archetypes is the fruit of a long history – from Italian Renaissance playing cards to 20th-century psychological interpretations. It has been carefully designed to reflect the universal stages of life and human experience. And while it works for all situations in our existence, I find this system particularly relevant for exploring professional cycles.
But how does it work? Why do the "right" cards fall?
The functioning of this tool is not "magical" in the supernatural sense. It relies on a fascinating blend of psychology, interaction, intuition, the unconscious, and focus (yes, all at once!).
-
A structured symbolic system: The tarot (especially the Rider-Waite-Smith, widely known globally, with its 78 illustrated scenes) is a coherent visual language. A reading is not a pile of cards; it's a "sentence" that offers a new and structured perspective on a situation.
 -
The projective effect (like a guided Rorschach): This is the heart of the process. As with a Rorschach inkblot, a painting in an exhibition, a movie, or even a child's drawing at a child psychiatrist's office, our brain projects our unconscious thoughts, fears, and desires onto the image. The card acts as a mirror. But, unlike a simple inkblot, the card's symbol (a character, an object, a color, etc.) guides this projection, making it incredibly relevant to the explored subject. Your brain will fetch ideas from its deepest folds. They were already there; you just brought them to light or "birthed" them thanks to these revealers and our dialogue around the card.
 -
"Jungian" synchronicity: The act of focusing on a question creates a state of receptivity. The cards that come out, even by "chance," resonate with this inner state. This is what Jung called "synchronicity": a meaningful coincidence. Tarot activates our ability to recognize this meaning, to make connections that our logical mind often ignores. It's not about whether another card would have been "better"; it's about working with what is there, because the important thing is the thought process triggered by the card presented. Of course, sometimes the cards fall so accurately that one can be amazed and, due to tarot's notorious reputation, wonder if there isn't something "supernatural" involved... Everyone has their own answer to this question, and it doesn't matter. What's important is to effectively advance in one's reasoning – and goals.
 -
The co-creative dialogue: In a tarot coaching session, the real work happens in the exchange. The role of the tarot coach is not to impose a truth, but to guide a dialogue. "What does this image evoke for you?", "In the tarot system, this image means this, and in your context, I would interpret it like that, but what does it make you think of?", "What new perspective does this open up, in your opinion?". It's a birthing of ideas, where the cards are the catalyst. The tarot, you, and I walk the path together and clear the road as a trio.

This method applies beautifully to creative careers, where intuition, personal vision, imagination, and meaning are essential drivers. But I have conducted sessions on all sorts of professions and subjects (including personal, family, love, or others before specializing in the professional field). And since tarot is a language, it applies and works with everything.
The objective of a tarot coaching session is therefore to:
> Clarify complex professional situations and blockages (like imposter syndrome, fear of disappointing oneself or others, panic when facing the immensity of tasks, difficulty making choices, etc.).
> Reconnect the person to their fundamental strengths and deep desires, often buried under obligations.
> Explore career options with a new and creative perspective.
> Build an aligned, sustainable, and motivating action plan.
In summary, tarot coaching is a strategic and intuitive dialogue that uses a proven tool to give everyone back the keys to their own journey.

WHY "THE FORCE"?
(Disclaimer : no, it’s not ONLY because of Star Wars.)
· Because that's what the tarot offered me when I needed it the most: strength.
· Because I'm French, and in French ‘force’ and ‘strength’ are the same (bless you, subtleties of English words!).
· Because it's my absolute favourite card in the deck (Major Arcana 8, with the lion, gorgeous symbolism + huge stage of the tarot journey).
· Because empowerment is my jam. Strength is what I try to give to my clients during our tarot coaching sessions, whether the subject is personal or professional.
· ... Yeah, well, maybe a tiny bit ’cause of Star Wars, too. I love the very concept of the Force, that mysterious energy that can move mountains (or spaceships) with light, wisdom and kindness - God, I wish I was a Jedi.
Welcome to the bright side of the Force!

BOOK A READING
To find out more, ask me a question or book a reading, just send me an e-mail. I’ll get back to you and we’ll figure out the details.

Who am I?
(i.e. who the f*** am I to claim I can help you with my cards?)
My name’s Caroline and I’m French (yeah well, nobody’s perfect). Pretty down to earth, but curious about Carl Jung synchronicities, intuition theories, the subconscious mechanism, explorations of spirituality, symbols in pictorial art (École du Louvre graduate foreva!), and the way guys like Einstein talk about energies. I'm fully aware that we don't know everything about our brains nor the universe, and that thrills me.
If I already drew cards as a teenager, everything really began a few years ago, after a painful crisis and the destruction/reconstruction of my life. In addition to the relentless and fabulous work of my therapists (... those poor people had a lot to do), I immersed myself in the study of life-coaching and tarot. And... BAM. These 2 tools put together appeared to me like combining wood with a match: light, fire, tools to shape in. I fell madly in love with them and trained with the best from the US to France to Australia.
Apart from that: I'm a copywriter and a creative director in communication, moved from Paris to the French Riviera, mum of 2, I love boxing and dancing, and I have a huge crush on coffee and liquorice (don’t judge me).

A tarot certification, really...?
In the world of tarot, there is no official diploma. Thankfully, there is one that comes very close: the Biddy Tarot Certification Program, a super complete one-year course with A LOT of lessons, mentorship, support, advices, tips, books, tests and intensive practice with real people from all over the world. This real life practice platform is the best tool ever: during my training, I read cards for people from India, America, UK, South Africa, Spain, Italie, Switzerland, Australia, Serbia... and only one French person, can you believe.
I also took several trainings with the French tarot coach Margot Robert Winterhalter before and during my studies at the Biddy School, and joined the US Brooke Castillo's LifeCoach School Scholars for a year.
Update May 2025: starting a new 6-month program in coaching. Learning again. Probably for life.
